We had a nice number of cards this month and several email entries. Despite the holidays (Durga puja) everyone had a little time to enter the challenges! we had so many wonderful entries for our last challenge,challenge#9: Anything Goes : and challenge#10″ women power , but we couldn’t announce the winners due to the festivities.
so here we we are.. 🙂

Our new DT members will be showcasing their works with the new challenge ie “Deepawali“- a beautiful festival of lights! which is celebrated in autumn (northern hemisphere) or spring (southern hemisphere) every year.On Diwali night we light up diyas (lamps and candles) inside and outside our home, participate in family puja (prayers) typically to LAXHMI – the goddess of fertility and prosperity. After puja, fireworks follow creating a nice ray of lights which is so colorful in the sky,then a family feast including mithai (sweets), with an exchange of gifts between family members and close friends.
So you can create anything associated with DEEPAWALI/Diwali.
