DAZZLE MIXEDMEDIA ART-DT SONIYA AGARWAL

I am so happy to share my new mixed media art with Craftyscrappers new launch DAZZLE PASTE, and my creation is inspired by our ongoing theme Floral And Textures.

So let me tell you about @craftyscrappers new product release dazzle pastes a bit before i begin with my project tutorial.

 

Craftyscrappers Dazzle Texture Pates are water based and adds a fabulous layer of shimmer ,shine and dimension to any craft project.
These Pastes are the first products, launched in INDIA.
These texture pastes are so buttery to feel and you can use stencils with these paste and create beautiful dimensional details with tint of dazzle and add the touch of beauty to any card, scrapbook or mixed media.Since these are water-based, you can also apply a little amount, of water to lighten the texture of the pastes.

Currently they are available in 8 gorgeous shades to choose from and are super pocket friendly.

The amazing thing is, these dazzle texture pastes have a wide mouth jar opening which  is ideal for quick, easy access and return of unused pastes to the jar after use.

So here is my complete Dazzle mixed media art

 

 

 

To create my mixed media art i have used the beautifully designed stencil,
Lacy florals

 

 

along with the gorgeous Dazzle paste, Seaglass

 

 

and the super shimmery, SHIMMER SPRAY- sweet pumpkin

 

 

A brief tutorial

1.  Prep up your base with gesso and use shimmer spray (SWEET PUMPKIN)
2. Add another layer of PUMPKIN shimmer spray and let it dry completely.
3. With beautiful LACY FLORAL stencil and dazzle paste (SEA GLASS)
4. Now decorate it with embellishments and your project is ready!!!

Raksha Bandhan is the celebration of the unsaid promise that every brother makes to his sister, to stand by her and protect her through all the hurdles of life. It’s the promise to cherish the good times and fight against all odds with togetherness. It’s a day to remember the sweet little moments of childhood when the world was nothing but a large playground to foster dreams together.
In Sanskrit, Raksha Bandhan means ‘tie of protection.’ On this festive day, the sister ties a Rhaki bracelet made of silken threads of red and gold, to her brother’s wrist, praying for his health. The brother responds by vowing to protect her. The sentiment is to renew and strengthen the filial bond of peace and love. During the ceremony, sacred verses from Hindu scriptures are spoken.
